New Overhead Stereo Vision People Counters

EvolvePlus is expanding its range of Overhead People Counters with the introduction of the new Overhead Stereo Vision People Counter.

This entry-level model utilises advanced stereo vision technology to provide highly accurate people counting for a variety of settings, including shopping centres, public libraries, art galleries, retail stores and commercial buildings.

The sensor is discreetly mounted on the ceiling and faces downward, ensuring reliable counting even in busy, high-traffic environments. Beyond simple in/out footfall counting, it offers additional analytics, such as separate counts for adults and children (based on height), gender statistics, and the ability to identify staff wearing special lanyards.

The Overhead Stereo Vision People Counter uses Power over Ethernet (PoE+*, which combines both power and data transmission in a single cable. An optional 4G cellular model is also available for data connectivity via mobile broadband, as well as optional accessories to connect to your WiFi network.
